James Penny – Founder, President & CEO: James Penny founded Compound Profit and leads the company as Chief Executive Officer. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in the technology and financial services industries. His portfolio includes launching, training and supporting approximately 200 international factoring companies in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand and Australia . During this time Penny developed high-tech systems designed to help factoring and finance companies maximize the velocity of success in sales and client support. Penny's extensive background includes supervisory and managerial roles at World Savings spearheading technology development, Vice President of Interface Financial Group., as well as serving as Vice President of Liquid Capital Corp. Penny integrated his years of experience in the technology and financial services industries to launch Compound Profit in 2006. |

Jack Correro – Vice President: Jack Correro brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as Vice President. After serving in the USAF Jack started his career with Brunswick Corp. and in 1974 joined First National Bank's Factoring Division. and then co-founded TAFCO Financial Corporation, which he managed until 1989. Correro managed marketing and underwriting activities for Dallas based factoring companies until 2000 when he became manager of the Regional Credit department for a large, national factor. In 2004, he started a financial and marketing consulting practice and joined Compound Profit two years later. Correro received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas in Arlington and holds a Standard Certificate from the American Institute of Banking. |
